How many guests fit?

Up to 108 seated at long tables. Want a dance floor? Around 60 guests plus a 15 × 15 ft floor fits comfortably; 80 with room to move if you skip it. Try your own numbers in the 3D designer.

What’s included?

The tent, then tables, chairs and perimeter lights sized to your guest count, plus delivery, setup and takedown. Styling — fairy-light canopy, runners, centrepieces, a styled arch — is priced per item on top.

How does the $500 hold work?

A $500 non-refundable date hold secures your date and is credited to your 50% booking fee. The rest of the booking fee is due 90 days before your event, or within a week of your hold if you’re booking closer than that, and the balance two weeks before.
