How does it work?

It's all built around our visualiser — no phone tag, no guesswork:

1. Design it. Open the visualiser and build your event — tent layout, tables, linens, lighting, flowers, candles and more — and see it come together in 2D and 3D.

2. Get your quote. When you're happy, request a quote. We email you an itemised price, usually within 24 hours.

3. Book it. Love it? A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. We confirm your space works first — no surprises.

4. Enjoy it. We arrive and set everything up, then take it all down after. You just show up.

Do you set everything up for us?

Yes — and it's the best part. We arrive and set it all up for you: tent, tables, fresh linens, lighting, flowers and candles, laid out exactly as you designed it. Then we take it all down afterwards. You don't lift a finger.

We set the linens the same day, never the night before, so every table is crisp and spotless when you walk in. (Many companies just drop the tent and leave — we don't.)

What's included in the package?

Our $950 package includes the 20 × 20 ft tent, tables and chairs (seats up to 54 for dinner), and perimeter lighting. Setup and takedown in the local Kelowna area is additional.

Linens, lighting (bistro or fairy), ceiling draping, dance floors, centerpieces, Okanagan wine barrels and more are add-ons you choose in the visualiser — so your quote is built around exactly what you want.

How much space do I need?

A 20 × 20 ft tent needs roughly 24 × 24 ft of clear, level ground — we can do it with less space if your area is tight.

How long do I get the tent for?

Your price covers setup, your event and takedown — up to 2 nights at no extra cost. Need a longer setup window? Just let us know and we'll tailor it to your event.

What if my yard is concrete or a hard surface?

No problem. Where we can't anchor with ground stakes, we secure the tent with weighted Okanagan wine barrels — which double as gorgeous décor and tables for drinks, gifts and flowers! Just let us know your surface and we'll plan for it.

Where do you serve?

We're based in Kelowna, BC and serve the local Okanagan area — West Kelowna, Summerland, Peachland, Lake Country, Vernon and Penticton. Setup and takedown costs are additional for local events, and additional mileage applies beyond a 30-minute radius from Kelowna. Get in touch for your location.

How do I book and pay?

Once you've designed your event and approved your quote, a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. We'll confirm your space fits first, then walk you through the simple next steps and the balance — no paying before we know it all works.

Can I change my order after I've booked?

Absolutely. Swap a colour, add or drop an item, adjust the details — just reply to your quote and we'll update it. Nothing's locked until you say so.
