Dance floor

Walls & Premium

Add walls

When enabled: 1 solid back wall, 2 cathedral-window side walls, and 1 front wall with roll-up door.

With walls installed, max head table + max guest capacity feels a bit tighter — dial back a few guests for roomier spacing.

Only want some of the walls (e.g. just the sides)? Let us know your wall configuration in the Comments and we'll sort it out with you.

Artificial grass flooring

Roll-out turf laid over the natural ground inside the tent — covers uneven or muddy spots for a polished outdoor-ceremony look.

Ceiling drape PREMIUM

Sheer fabric draped from the ridge in soft swags — a wedding-magazine ceiling. Toggle it on to let us know you're interested and we'll discuss the details with you over the phone.

Table centerpieces

Floating Candle Trio — 3 clear glass cylinders with floating candles.

Place settings

Dinner plate, folded napkin & glassware at every seat. Toggle it on to let us know you're interested and we'll discuss the details with you over the phone.

Wine barrels

Optional 37″ tall oak wine barrels — the surface doubles as a drinks, gift or flower table. Super popular for Okanagan events.

Wine barrels double as corner tent weights for set-ups where we can't use anchor screws — e.g. concrete pads.

+ Stainless steel wine coolers (on each barrel) + Wine barrel bar

Adds a separate 2-barrel bar (two barrels + a 6ft wood plank top), set across the back parallel to the tables — as well as any corner/front barrels you've selected.

+ Corner canopies (10×10)

Optional sun/rain cover — two 10×10 canopies at the front corners. If you need more — let us know!
